being half-asleep
You know that feeling, don’t you? The sense that there’s more to life than you’re currently experiencing. It’s that nagging awareness that you’re capable of so much more. Perhaps you’re yearning for change, growth or deeper fulfilment – personally or professionally.
Here’s a truth I’ve discovered after more than two decades of personal development work and coaching dozens of clients: We each carry a wealth of unrealised potential within us, waiting to be activated. So, how do you begin to tap into this incredible inner resource?
The reality is, developing yourself demands both energy and focus. Yet, many of us find our valuable energy sapped daily by compulsive, unhealthy habits that actively hinder our growth.
You know the ones I mean. The endless doomscrolling, the digital addictions, the loop of toxic thought patterns, and so on. It’s a general sense of being distracted, overwhelmed with choices, and haunted by the fear of missing out on something important.
This state is a waking trance, like being permanently half-asleep. It robs you of the power you need to consciously shape and create your life.

Self-awareness isn’t just some fluffy byproduct of personal growth; it’s far more significant. It is the foundation upon which you can build everything you desire in your life. When you intentionally develop your awareness, you unlock:
