How long have you been coaching?
I welcomed my first clients in 2013.
What is ‘Natural wisdom coaching’?
My coaching philosophy is integrative. By this I mean that it takes into consideration – and aims to harmonise – rational, emotional, and intuitive ways of developing through life. I place equal emphasis on mind, body and spirit, and I believe it’s an advantage to develop one’s competence on all levels of life.
‘Natural wisdom’ is the term I use to describe your innate ability to understand what’s best for you; to make healthy choices for yourself; and to find the most suitable ideas, resources and people to empower your self-development.
What’s the focus of your coaching?
I help my clients to create personal change. This often involves increasing self-awareness; recognising potential; and developing intuition and self-confidence.
From a process point of view, I support you to decide what you want to change; identify blocks or obstacles; set achievable goals; and commit to achieving them.
Do your clients need any previous experience?
It’s an advantage if you have prior experience of self-development tools and processes (e.g. meditation, journaling, yoga, therapy) but this is not required.
You will get the most out of working with me if you bring curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to look for authentic answers.
What kind of clients do you work with?
My coaching processes are suitable for different kinds of people, yet over the years I noticed many of my clients showed such characteristics and qualities as:
working in creative professions and/or entrepreneurs; sensitive or intuitive; self-motivated and/or professionally ambitious; good at communicating; interested in mysticism and spirituality.
Do you have testimonials?
Yes. I published a selection here.
How long are your coaching programs/processes?
My introductory program, ‘Clarifier’, is a single coaching session preceded by self-reflection exercises, and followed by evaluation. It’s designed to help you get clear about where you stand in your life at the moment. This process takes about two weeks.
Clients who wish to continue commit to a 4-month coaching process, ‘Integrator’ or ‘Redefiner’, which can be extended by mutual agreement.
If you’d like to know more about how the coaching processes work, e-mail me.
How much does coaching cost?
My standard fees are 300 euros for ‘Clarifier’ and 2400 euros for ‘Integrator’ and ‘Redefiner’, per 4-month period.
I offer fee reductions for clients on low incomes. Feel free to ask me about this if it applies to your situation.
What’s the first step to working with you?
I prefer an initial approach by e-mail. I’ve found that writing a few lines about why you are considering coaching is a useful way of gaining clarity. You can expect a reply within two business days.
The next step is to schedule an introductory conversation, which we conduct virtually via Zoom. This lasts around thirty minutes.
It’s an opportunity for both of us to get an idea of how we might work together. I’d like to know more about what you expect from coaching. You may have questions about me, and about how I work.
Our introductory conversation is free of charge.
Wäre es möglich die Coaching-Sitzungen auf Deutsch abzuhalten?
Selbstverständlich.
