What Is Coaching?
Life coaching is guidance for people who are making significant changes in their lives – or who would like to.
Major change rarely happens overnight. It’s a process, a sequence of events and decisions that unfold over time. As your coach, I support you in successfully managing this process of change.
You may already be in the midst of transition. Or perhaps you’re dissatisfied with aspects of your life and ready to take action. These changes might involve your personal life, your professional direction, or both.
The advantage of working with a life coach is this: you gain a confidential, supportive relationship exclusively focused on empowering you to make the changes and achieve the goals you desire.
Achieving Your Potential
Often, without realising it, we limit ourselves regarding what we can achieve.
We don’t believe we deserve a balanced life with fulfilling relationships and spiritual growth. We don’t expect a better career or greater income. We simply don’t recognise our own potential, and so we don’t attempt to achieve it.
Working with a coach is a way of committing to be all you can be. By establishing clear goals, becoming aware of your deepest priorities, and taking step-by-step action toward what you want, you can break through the limitations that may have previously prevented you from living the life you desire.
Change is a process that requires support. You might be very clear about a personal goal you want to reach. Or you might have something more vague – a feeling or intuition, a quiet knowing that what you’re doing doesn’t really fit you anymore.
For many people, the change they desire simply doesn’t happen. Why? Because it’s difficult to maintain the motivation to keep asking new questions, taking new actions, and trying new solutions.
Creating change can often be an uphill struggle – unless you have a coach.
Why Work With Me?
I have lived an unusual life with many different challenges. To manage my own journey, I’ve experimented extensively with tools for personal development and participated in numerous processes of transformation. I’ve learned to integrate varied talents and abilities that once seemed incompatible, and I’ve worked to turn personal wounds into wisdom.
My coaching philosophy is integrative. I take into consideration – and aim to harmonise – rational, emotional, and intuitive ways of developing through life. I place equal emphasis on mind, body, and spirit, believing it’s an advantage to develop your competence on all levels.
‘Natural wisdom’ is the term I use to describe your innate ability to understand what’s best for you, to make healthy choices, and to find the most suitable ideas, resources, and people to empower your self-development.
I believe you are much wiser than you realise, with all the potential you require to successfully manage the challenges you’re facing. My role is to listen, to provide support and change partnership, and to offer you another perspective on your situation. I am intuitive and compassionate, but also direct and honest.
You can think of me as a source of positive empowerment. I don’t have all the answers you need – you have them. But I can help you to find them, and to find the courage to act on them.
How I Work
Whatever you want to change, there are going to be certain steps involved. New choices, decisions, and actions that will lead to a shift in both your mindset and your experience of life.
As your coach, I help you:
- Get clear about what you want to change

- Set achievable goals that align with your deeper values
- Stay focused and motivated as you implement new choices
- Follow up your intentions with action
- Keep the commitments you make to yourself
Working with a coach, you greatly increase your chances of success in any area of your life. Change becomes less of an effort, and more of an adventure.
Who I Work With
My coaching processes are suitable for different kinds of people. Over the years, I’ve noticed many of my clients share certain characteristics:
They work in creative professions or are entrepreneurs. They tend to be sensitive or intuitive. They’re self-motivated and often professionally ambitious. They’re good at communicating. Many are interested in mysticism and spirituality, seeking approaches that honor both ancient wisdom and contemporary insight.
You’ll get the most from working with me if you bring curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to look for authentic answers.
Whatever it is you want to change or achieve, I can help you access and activate the resources you already have within you.
